A special thank you to all the participants that joined me this evening for Developing Your Voice Online. In case you missed the presentation at Propeller this evening or wanted to review a portion I have published it here.
LaunchNOLA is looking for some web design professionals to offer up a few hours of time to the winners of last week’s Pitch Competition. I’ll be donating some hours to help these underserved entrepreneurs, can you join me in donating some hours?
Check out these great new business ventures and the winners of the pitch competition!
It’s been an extremely busy fall and we’ve worked with so many great clients in the last 45 days and some awesome new ventures and co-horts. We can’t wait to see these entrepreneurs change the world! Things aren’t slowing down and in 10 days on Wednesday, November 8, 2015 Mandy Pumilia will be conducting a hands-on workshop at Propeller: A Force for Social Innovation and we hope you’ll join us to prepare your communications strategy in 2016!
Last night Picnic Media had the pleasure of speaking with fantastic LaunchNOLA entrepreneurs with small business concepts in development. Our discussion with this group focused on the following.
- What advice would you give to a new entrepreneur?
- What community resources have you found to be most helpful?
- How did you get the funds you needed to get started?
We can’t wait to see each of these new businesses launch!
